So I went and booked with Viva Voyage 5 minutes later with all perks drinks package plus WiFi plus gratuities. So not sure why Vacations to go did this to me but it's their loss. We were set up on a snorkel trip thru Vacation to go, while waiting for 2 hours on the dock for another cruise ship to dock, I called to get my money back and leave the excursion but keep getting put on hold. No one could help me so would not recommend this service at all. So went on trip but still cut the trip short because we did not have enough time. It appears you can skip booking through them and save a lot of money as well.
